Refund Policy

FOR ALL OUR PRODUCTS:

Once we have delivered the product and left the customer’s Place, we will NOT Responsible for any change requests (other than damage or defect request). We request the customer to be present during delivery time to ensure that they check the Product of Furniture at the time of delivery.

Cancellation: Once you booked Product, cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order (there would be no charges applicable) after which the order will be shipped. No cancellations are allowed for products bought under discount. If the Customer wishes to cancel the order After One day, the customer must refuse delivery of the product. Once canceled the delivery as been confirmed, a refund will be initiated towards the product.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order post 24 hours, the customer must refuse delivery of the product. Once the refusal of the delivery has been confirmed, a refund will be initiated towards the product.

If a customer receives any damaged or defective product, the customer must send an email to info@srihansfurniture.com, with images of the product within 48 hours. Once our quality team confirms on the issue, a replacement of that defective part will be initiated.

If the customer wishes for a refund for any other reason the customer must bear a fee of Rs 900/- transportation for the same. Please note the return of the product in this case should be informed to the info@srihansfurniture.com, within 48 hrs of delivery of the product.

Return:

1. We accept returns only in case of product damages.
2. You should inform us of the receipt of a Damaged/ Defect product maximum within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Also take photograph of the damaged product & send mail to our customer care mail id info@srihansfurniture.com
4. Refund will be provided only in case a replacement or replacement part for the same product is not available. If a particular part is faulty then the part shall be arranged and replaced.
5. The rectification of the damaged products during warranty will take around 6 Days from the time receipt of complaint and replacement will take up to 12 days from the receipt of complaint.
6. If we are not able the rectify the issue or replace spare part or replace the product then the refund will be processed in 7 days.

Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back in case of any damaged product received?

We have arranged pick up and replacement facility at our cost from your place in case of damaged or defect product.

Refund policy:

1. Refund shall be via NEFT or RTGS transfer,
2. We will Verify Customers Account Details before Initiating refund amount.
3. The refund will take 10 Days.
